Hello to all!

 This week has been great, and I have enjoyed getting to know all of my students.  I want to remind all parents that your child needs to read 20 minutes per weekend and fill out Thursday on their Reading Log, so this means they have Thursday night through Sunday night to read 20 minutes. Next, your child should have brought home a parent journal for you to read and then write a short note back to them. These journals will come home every Thursday night and are due every Monday morning. One last thing, please make sure your child has a water bottle at school every day so that class time is not disrupted by leaving the room to go get a drink. In closing, I am looking forward to teaching your children this year.
